Answers - Registration Q: How do I register? A. It is very simple to register, simply follow the following link: signup page, and simply enter:
1. Username: this will be the ID you will be using to enter our website.
2. First Name and Last Name.
3. Email: After completing you registration you will automatically and instantly receive an email with a password that you can use as soon as you receive it to enter our protected site.
Q: How much does it cost?A. It is a free service intended for Professionals but available to all our visitors.
Answers - Monin Username and Password Q: Where is my password? I have no password! A. Once you have completed the signup and you click on Submit, a message including your password was automatically sent to you. If you experience any problems, please feel free to contact us.
Q: What if I forgot my password and/or Monin Username?A. Please visit our Password Recovery Page where you will be prompted for your email and your username and password will be automatically forwarded to you.
Q: Why is my password not working?A. Please make certain that the Caps Lock key is not pressed as both the Username and Password are key sensitive. If you experience any problems, please feel free to contact us.
Q. How do I change my Password and/ or Username?A. A form will be made available in the near future to allow you to change your password.
Q. How do I close my account?A. Go to the Profile Section and select Delete Account. This will automatically delete your account from our database.
